'Guardavo dall'abbaino la fila di case che si trovava proprio di fronte alla nostra strada. Le famiglie rientravano a casa dopo una giornata di lavoro/scuola. Lentamente (ognuna alla volta) accendevano le luci. In modo infantile ho pensato di accendere io stesso le luci spingendo gli abbaini dall'altra parte della strada. Nel disegno "ON-OFF ho tradotto questo sentimento nel modo più conciso possibile, utilizzando l'abbaino come interruttore. Voglio sedurre il visitatore a (ri)pensare a situazioni comuni. Mostrargli una situazione ordinaria da una prospettiva diversa. ' Tomas Schats
