The garment, entirely cut and sewn in Naples by our tailors, is lined in pure white silk satin and is characterised by the absence of lapels, the presence of four mother-of-pearl buttons and double welt pockets. Perfect for formal occasions thanks to its elegant and sophisticated twist, the waistcoat can be worn under a matching blazer or simply over a mini dress. This Kiton garmentspeaks to refined women with strong, passionate character, attentive connoisseurs of sartorial traditions.
