Handcrafted burl wood ashtray

The Dunbar Small artisanal ashtray takes inspiration from the main character of Dances with Wolves, portrayed by Kevin Costner, and the vast plains of the American Frontier. The Dunbar Small is the smaller version of the Dunbar series, carved from a burl wood block and beautifully hand-finished by Italian craftsmen. The lacquered interior provides a luxurious resting place for the ash of your Sunday cigar or can be used as an elegant catch-all for your everyday jewelry and car keys.

About the designer

In 2015, Larusmiani established Gentlemen's Essentials, building on the heritage and expertise of historical Milanese shop G. Lorenzi, a respected destination for high-quality personal goods at Via Montenapoleone 7.
