Who Decides War is a streetwear brand founded in Los Angeles in 2019 by designer Akiko Yamagata. The brand's aesthetic is influenced by punk and skate culture, as well as Akiko's Japanese heritage. The collections feature bold graphics and slogans that often convey a message of rebellion and social commentary. Who Decides War also emphasizes sustainability and ethical production practices, using eco-friendly materials and working with local factories in LA. The brand has gained a following among musicians and celebrities, including Travis Scott and Billie Eilish.

Great websiteI have always had good service with italist. Nice select of designer items often for less than US prices. Also, like that depending upon the seller have to look at compare prices. Sometimes one store might have the item for a lower price, so I always compare and see the prices before purchasing. Shipping is fairly quick considering the items are coming from Europe. I like that all fee are included at checkout and no hidden outrageous shipping fees that I have seen on other European website. I will continue to shop on italist.
