Marni Trunk East/West bag in saffiano leather with adjustable handle convertible into a shoulder strap with the extra insert. Flap with snap closure, side metal details with engraved logo, back slit pocket, three gusseted compartments and a zippered flat compartment. Cotton lining. Gold-finished metalware.
