Who Decides War is a streetwear brand founded in Los Angeles in 2019 by designer Akiko Yamagata. The brand's aesthetic is influenced by punk and skate culture, as well as Akiko's Japanese heritage. The collections feature bold graphics and slogans that often convey a message of rebellion and social commentary. Who Decides War also emphasizes sustainability and ethical production practices, using eco-friendly materials and working with local factories in LA.
