Great shopping experienceI ran across Italist.com site while doing a specific search on the internet for a Dolce and Gabanna item. They didn't have the item I was looking for, but I browsed there sale items while I was there. The site works well and I enjoyed the shopping experience. I found a great pair of shoes that I ordered. The check out and delivery for the site was easy. The delivery arrived actually faster than I expected. I didn't have to contact customer service, which I consider a real bonus.
Exceeded ExpecationsI was looking for a Prada shoe that was available on Italist.com. Having never ordered from this retailer, I was a bit skeptical especially because the price on the shoes was the lowest I could find. I read reviews and based on the good ratings, decided to order. I was pleasantly surprised! I Received timely updates on my order and shipping from the minute I had confirmation of my order. My package arrived quickly. Fantastic service at a great priceEverything was perfect: purchasing experience, communication, and shipping. Item (Junya Watanabe Men's jacket) arrived from overseas in perfect condition and securely packaged. Happy to have gotten it at a far better price than it was listed for by other online retailers (*cough* *cough* Farfetch). I think I'll be sticking with Italist for future designer purchases!
