Italist is the largest marketplace for Italian luxury boutiques. We carry over 80,000 items and replenish and add new items daily. Every item on our website is carefully selected from our partner boutiques’ physical shops in Italy. Shopping with Italist is like traveling to Italy and shopping amongst the most coveted fashion boutiques without ever leaving your home. We carry the top luxury brands in the world and align ourselves with the with best buyers to ensure our product offering is always on trend and at the very best price point in the market. Always shop exclusive small batch runs, hard to find pieces, and the newest collections with Italist. Our partner boutiques carry all the items you see on our site in their physical shops in Italy and they ship directly to you. We provide the online marketplace as well as manage customer care and billing. Why Are Prices So Competitive?

We value full transparency. When shopping with Italist, you can be sure there is never any markup on the items you purchase. We offer our products at Italian retail prices which are the lowest in the world. Additionally, if you purchase from outside the European Union, you do not pay the 22% VAT (Value Added Tax) as you would when shopping directly in Italy.   Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value, size, weight and destination of your order, while import duties are calculated based on the destination of your order. Except for a few countries, duties are automatically calculated and you will not have to pay any additional tax or duty upon receipt. Unfortunately, import duties and taxes are a matter of law and not a decision of italist, however, most of our items, inclusive of duties, are still 30% lower in price when compared to buying locally in any retail store in your country. Additionally, for orders US$800 & below, you are not required to pay duty taxes in the United States. This means you can purchase any one item or an entire shopping cart totaling US$800 or less without paying any duty taxes. Is Shipping Fast?

Yes, we make it a priority to ensure fast and reliable shipping. Once your payment details have been verified and approved, our partner boutiques will ship your order through DHL Express, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (CET). Delivery takes place within 2-4 working days for most countries in Europe, and within 3-5 working days for the rest of the world. Can I Return My Item?

Our customer's satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, therefore, you are always able to return the items you purchase on Italist within 14 days upon receiving the item. To make a return, you will need to return the original item, with tags, unworn as received and in its original packaging. You will receive a refund for the original item, excluding the cost of shipping and any import duties. Unfortunately, import duties and taxes are regulated by country’s law and not a decision or handled by Italist at any point during the transaction.   You may be able to recover import duties for returned items by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
