The Australia hat is crafted from Marengo shaved felt, known for its good thermal insulation and robustness. This model is unlined, offering a lightweight and comfortable fit. The design is enriched by a chin strap with a custom drawstring and logoed snap buttons. The brim is medium-sized, measuring approximately 6. 5 cm.
Each Borsalino felt hat takes seven weeks to be handcrafted by our skilled artisans at the Maison in Alessandria, whose passion and craftsmanship are expressed in every single piece. The Borsalino handmade production process involves more than 50 steps and is passed down from generation to generation.
