Great shopping experienceI ran across Italist.com site while doing a specific search on the internet for a Dolce and Gabanna item. They didn't have the item I was looking for, but I browsed there sale items while I was there. The site works well and I enjoyed the shopping experience. I found a great pair of shoes that I ordered. The check out and delivery for the site was easy. The delivery arrived actually faster than I expected. I didn't have to contact customer service, which I consider a real bonus.
Grateful CustomerIt is always a little concerning when ordering from so far away, but the cashmere sweater I received is gorgeous!!! From the craftsmanship of construction to the artistic coloring the quality is of high standard. I am more than satisfied. Quick shippingI hesitated buying from Italist for months because I was afraid of how long it would take to arrive. When I saw a deal on Tory Burch shoes that I couldn't ignore, I took a chance. I'm glad that I did! Shipping was the same as if not faster than when I order from a US store. My shoes were beautiful and I will order again.
Great websiteI have always had good service with italist. Nice select of designer items often for less than US prices. Also, like that depending upon the seller have to look at compare prices. Sometimes one store might have the item for a lower price, so I always compare and see the prices before purchasing. Shipping is fairly quick considering the items are coming from Europe. I like that all fee are included at checkout and no hidden outrageous shipping fees that I have seen on other European website. I will continue to shop on italist.
