Having never ordered from this retailer, I was a bit skeptical especially because the price on the shoes was the lowest I could find. I read reviews and based on the good ratings, decided to order. I was pleasantly surprised! I Received timely updates on my order and shipping from the minute I had confirmation of my order. My package arrived quickly. Italist is the BESTI love the website. I find some great deals on my favorite brands if I'm lucky enough. I wear sizes that are quick to go and hard to come by. I ordered on a Thursday and my new Gucci hat was in my possession on Monday morning. I recommend as I will be shopping with them again in the near future!
