I was worried that with the quarantine during COVID-19, that I wouldn't receive my item, but my intuition told me to go ahead with the order! Fantastic service at a great priceEverything was perfect: purchasing experience, communication, and shipping. Item (Junya Watanabe Men's jacket) arrived from overseas in perfect condition and securely packaged. Happy to have gotten it at a far better price than it was listed for by other online retailers (*cough* *cough* Farfetch). I think I'll be sticking with Italist for future designer purchases!
Great websiteI have always had good service with italist. Nice select of designer items often for less than US prices. Also, like that depending upon the seller have to look at compare prices. Sometimes one store might have the item for a lower price, so I always compare and see the prices before purchasing. Shipping is fairly quick considering the items are coming from Europe. I like that all fee are included at checkout and no hidden outrageous shipping fees that I have seen on other European website. I will continue to shop on italist.
