닥터마틴(Dr. Martens) 은 영국을 대표하는 신발 브랜드로 군화처럼 생긴 부츠 종류가 유명하다. 1960년대 후반 영국의 노동계층이 주로 신었으며 스킨헤드, 펑크족에게 많은 사랑을 받았다. 1970년대 후반부터 영국 펑크 록 밴드 멤버들이 즐겨 신으면서 영국 젊은이들의 유스 컬처(Youth Culture)를 대표하는 패션 아이템이 되었다. 일반 단화처럼 생긴 1461 단화와 발목 길이의 1460 미드컷 부츠가 인기 있다. 우리나라에서는 드라마 ‘꽃보다 남자’에서 구혜선이 신고 나온 부츠로 유명세를 타기도 했다.
