The high-end French brand, Céline, has again taken sophistication and creativity harmonizing each other. Phoebe Philo, the brand’s creative director, brilliantly explores the runway of every day life. During Céline’s Ready-To-Wear Fall 2017 show, the audience was seated on revolving turntables. It adds a sense of curiosity as Vogue’s Chief Critic, Sarah Mower, notes, “Philo loath to articulate her work in words since she was a student. She was the first person to say: Clothes are clothes, deal with what you see.”
During the Céline show, confident, fashionable women who seemingly depicts “women from all walks of life” walked at random– but with purpose– which leaves you on a guessing game as to where they’re headed to or what they’re off to do.
