This product will be shipped directly from the boutique to you from Italy. italist ships worldwide, and you will be able to track your order at any time.


Delivery duties will be calculated at the checkout when shipping worldwide. This means all import duties are included in your order, so the price you see is the price you pay. You will not have to pay additional taxes and fees when you receive your package. Please note that for shipping to countries outside of the E.U., VAT (value-added tax) is not charged.

Your purchase(s) will be sent to the specified delivery address and/or the address of a third party that you identified during the order process; such indication authorizes italist to deliver the product to a third party at the specified address. To protect your purchases, DHL requires a signature for all international packages. The courier cannot leave the item without a personal sign-off. Please be sure that the shipping address is correct and that you (or someone you trust) will be available to sign for the package. If no one is there to sign for the delivery when it arrives, then a notice of attempted delivery will be left at the address. At this point, you will need to contact DHL to schedule a new delivery date. If you receive a final delivery attempt notice, then you will need to retrieve the package within five days.


You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. We strongly recommend that you book your returns pick-up within 10 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives back to the boutique in time. Please note we can only collect returns from the same country to which your order was delivered. If you refuse delivery for any reason, then you are responsible for the contents of that order and will not be eligible for a full refund from italist. You will be refunded the cost of the item purchased, less the customs fees, taxes and shipping costs back to Italy.


We do not accept returns for underwear, swimwear, fur coats, down jackets or jewelry.
