Description

White Demetra coat by Max Mara made from alpaca and wool on a silk base and decorated with symmetrical hand-embroidered studs and tassels on the front, graphic effect. Model with an over line characterised by a lapel collar, low-cut sleeves, double-breasted closure, personalised lining, horn buttons and horizontal welt pockets. Designed in 2013, the Teddy Bear Coat was inspired by an archive garment from the 1980s and immediately became an it coat loved by stars and influencers thanks to its perfect alchemical combination of glamour and playfulness. Its special texture made of alpaca and wool fibres on a silk base is the result of a sophisticated technology, developed by the creative team with an Italian supplier, capable of producing a unique faux fur. The exuberant volume of the coat is a celebration of the opulent extravagance of this fabric.
Composition: Knitted Fabric: 62% Alpaca, 26% Virgin Wool, 12% Silk. Lining: 100% Polyester. Decorations: 50% Cotton, 50% Acetate.
