Growing up in Vancouver, Canada, Ann started her fashion career designing and executing intricate outfits for her Barbie. At 12 years old, she started selling life size dresses to the hottest boutiques in Gastown. After moving to England at 15, Ann talked her way into a dream job designing and sewing custom-made leather stage outfits for the likes of David Bowie and Elton John. She quickly opened three boutiques whose cornerstone was her unique mixture and style.
Her next step was to move to Paris where she perfected couture and draping skills at Esmond, the first and oldest fashion school in France. What followed was the birth of the Ann Ferriday collection which was quickly carried in the most cutting edge shops in Paris and throughout Europe. The designer, by now a darling of the french fashion press, decided to expand her business to Los Angeles. Her lifelong love of vintage clothing, along with her passion for trend tracking, has created a modern look with a nostalgic feminine seduction that is unmistakably Ann Ferriday.

Great purchase for concertA little edgy Parisian and a lot of quality style. The Isabel Marant tee was perfectly cool and comfortable paired with the cross body Moncler bag which was a great choice for hands free dancing to Coldplay. And both pieces were on sale!!!!!
