'SmmLeva' midi dress in pure silk twill with polka dot pattern, chemisier model, flared silhouette, hidden mother-of-pearl button closure on the front, 3/4 sleeves with cuffs and dropped shoulder, pockets, side slits, spur cut and back central crease, unlined, double removable belt: one in matching fabric, the other in contrast pattern.
