Coperni is the Parisian label launched by former Balenciaga and Chanel designers Sébastien Meyer and Arnaud Vaillant. After its founding in 2013, the label has gone on to win ANDAM’s Creative Label Prize in 2014 and be a finalist for the LVMH Prize in 2015. The brand’s DNA is based around the work and theories of astronomer Nicolaus Copernicus, who was the first to posit that all planets revolved around the Sun rather than around Earth.
