I will be back for more :)I was hesitant to order because it was my first time and I haven’t heard much about Italist before. I read TrustPilot reviews and went for it. I’m glad I did! My maxmara coat was 3 times the cost (and honestly it was the right price for it), shipping was super fast!

Great shopping experienceI ran across Italist.com site while doing a specific search on the internet for a Dolce and Gabanna item. They didn't have the item I was looking for, but I browsed there sale items while I was there. The site works well and I enjoyed the shopping experience. I found a great pair of shoes that I ordered. The check out and delivery for the site was easy. The delivery arrived actually faster than I expected. I didn't have to contact customer service, which I consider a real bonus.
Great experience overall!I appreciate how quickly my order arrived, how thoughtfully it was packaged, and how high the quality the item and accompanying packing materials were. Overall a much better experience than other online luxury retailers.
