Features a white leather star appliqué on the lateral side, a white leather side stripe, yellow suede heel tab, and white flat laces. The midsole is a worn, off-white/beige rubber unit with a distressed appearance. "GGDB/BALLSTAR" text is embossed on the lateral quarter panel, and "GOLDEN SNEAKERS" branding is visible on the tongue tab in blue and white.
