Being fashionable at work in today’s world can be daunting.

Since time is of the essence shopping has become a task that seems unreachable.

Online shopping has made this task more achievable but how can you make it work for you and still look good

Fashion is a personal choice and it really represents how you want to be seen.  It’s your own personal brand. Building your personal brand at work is so important because it can change everything about your workday. If you put effort into looking good you will feel good which might, in turn, change the way you engage others.  I will walk through steps that can help you stay fashionable at work.

Think about times when someone gave you a compliment on what you were wearing.  Then think about what was it about that particular item that they loved so much.  Was it the color of your dress, the accessories you added to your outfit,  your shoes, or just the way it fit.

Once you determine what was working with your outfit.  Try to recreate it with other things in your closet. Others will start to notice your fashion and then you will have created your own personal brand.   It might take a little time to build but once you start doing it often it will become a habit.

So now that you have the tools to make you stand out and be fashionable at work lets play styling.  It is important to know your body type because that can change how you feel in clothes.  Having the right fit alleviates you messing with your garment and adjusting things.  Have fun with fashion because as I said, in the beginning, it is such a personal choice.
